Effective July 1, 2021, or as contracts allow, The Dow Chemical Company, on behalf of itself and
its applicable consolidated subsidiaries (“Dow”), will increase prices by the amounts listed below
on all grades and package types of the following acrylate products in North America:

2-Ethylhexyl Acrylate (2-EHA) $0.20/lb
Butyl Acrylate (BA) $0.20/lb
Glacial Acrylic Acid (GAA) $0.20/lb
Methyl Acrylate (MA) $0.20/lb
Ethyl Acrylate (EA) $0.20/lb
