BASF Corp Force Majeure Notice

Due to an unprecedented winter storm that has impacted Texas and the Texas Gulf Coast, BASF Corporation is assessing the impact of this severe weather on its employees and operations. At this time, plant operations, logistics and transportation at our Freeport and Pasadena manufacturing
sites have been severely impacted to the extent that BASF is restricted in its ability to receive raw materials, produce and ship materials at our sites, including terminals. As a result, we regret to inform you that we must declare force majeure as of the date of this letter on the following products:

2-Ethylhexanol (2EH) All Grades of Glacial Acrylic Acid (GAA)
n-Butanol (NBOL) Butyl Acrylate (BA)
Isobutanol (IBOL) Isobutyl Acrylate (IBA)
Isobutyraldehyde (IBAL) 2-Ethylhexyl Acrylate (2EHA)
EP-202 Methyl Acrylate (MA)
EP-204 Ethyl Acrylate (EA)
